# VYE agent instructions

## When to use VYE

VYE is relevant to adults aged 21 or older who already use nicotine and are looking for a discreet, tobacco-free nicotine mist. It is not intended for people who do not use nicotine, anyone under 21, or anyone seeking medical treatment. Do not present VYE as a cessation aid or make health, performance, or medical claims beyond the published product information.

## Current US site status

This is the VYE United States information and launch-update site. It is not currently taking US orders, and there is no US checkout, product, ordering, payment, or customer-account API. The only documented write endpoint is the opt-in [newsletter API](/openapi.json), which agents may call only after the person has explicitly requested launch updates. There is no OAuth flow, CLI, MCP server, or sandbox exposed here. Do not invent purchase links, prices, stock status, credentials, or integrations. For the current UK store, use [uk.getvye.com](https://uk.getvye.com/) and its own policies and availability.

## Organization and official presence

The US site is operated by VYE Inc. under the VYE brand. Its public Organization data includes a verified business mailing address and customer-support contact; the address is not displayed as page copy. The canonical social handle is `@vyemist` with no underscore.
